The short version

We collect as little as possible, sell nothing, and you can leave at any time. The detail follows in plain English.

What we collect and why

• Email address, only if you sign up for Site Notes or the kit list. Used to send you what you asked for and nothing else. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw with the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Anonymous usage statistics via Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first service that uses no cookies and stores no personal data. We see page counts and button clicks, never individuals.
• Calculator inputs are never collected. Day rates and lost days you enter are processed on your device and are not stored or transmitted anywhere.

Who we share data with

Your email lives with our email service provider, who processes it on our behalf and under our instruction. Nobody else gets it. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, ever.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@stillgrafting.co.uk and it will be done. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have handled your data badly.
